Akaun Gaji Syariah ker ?
Salam Semua
Pernahkah anda terfikir akaun manakah yang gaji anda masuk ? Banyak antara kita tidak endah tentang perkara ini. Saya sarankan anda membuka akaun Islamic bagi kemasukan gaji.
Bagi setiap duit yang masuk ke akaun Islamik maka pada setiap tahun bank akan mengeluarkan zakat. Haram menggunakan akaun konvensional bagi orang Islam.

They also don't use the deposits for loans for things islam doesn't agree with, like alcohol, pork and adult stuff.

Jangan menambah hutang atas liabiliti(kereta) kerana harganya makin lama makin turun. Berbelanja mengikut kemampuan dan bukan mengikut kemahuan.Tidak masuk akal gaji 1K tapi mempunyai kereta yang ansurannya RM500 tidak termasuk minyak dan kos penyenggaraan..

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 22 — Automotive industry players will meet Bank Negara on Friday to discuss the new guidelines for loan borrowers, following a 25 per cent drop in sales of new motor vehicles last month, Bernama Online reported Proton as saying today.
The guidelines have been in force since January 1.
The news portal said Proton Edar Dealers Association Malaysia (Peda) has called for the new responsible financing guidelines to be re-examined, claiming that sales have been affected as only 30 per cent of applicants have managed to secure car loans since its implementation.
The Malaysia Motor Association had reported a 25 per cent drop in sales of new motor vehicles and cited a tightening of the hire purchase loan approval process, a shorter working month and the impact of Thailand’s floods as the main reasons.
In a related development, Proton Holdings Bhd Group Managing Director, Datuk Seri Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohamed Tahir, told Bernama today that he understands the move is part of the government’s drive to control household debt but that it could be detrimental to the automotive industry in the long term.
He stressed that it is important for the industry to be sustainable and still grow against a backdrop of soft economic sentiment.

PETALING JAYA: Reflective of the increasing cost of living in the Klang Valley is the price that eating joints charge for plain water – up to RM1.50.
“Most cafes in this area charge more than 80 sen for a glass of water. So as a business, we have to follow the market price,” said The Coffee and Spice Company operations manager Jun Cheong.
The “kopitiam” concept eatery in KLCC charges its customers RM1.50 for a glass of plain water, which is refillable.
Chakri Palace KLCC restaurant manager CK Chong cited the same reason as Jun for charging customers 80 sen for a refillable glass of distilled water.
Expensive sky juice: Most restaurants charge their customers between 50 and 80 sen for a glass of plain water.
Other restaurants such as Spice of India and Bumbu Desa do not offer distilled water at all, and only serve bottled mineral or reverse-osmosis water.
“Most of our customers here are tourists who prefer to order bottled water,” said Northen Indian cuisine restaurant manager Christopher Dinesh Kumar, adding that a bottle of mineral water costs between RM4 and RM8, depending on the brand.
In SS2, most restaurants charge their customers between 50 and 80 sen for a glass of sky juice.
Food outlet Italiano’s manager Anggun Shidee said plain water used to be free, but the restaurant now charged 50 sen a glass because there were too few customers ordering the other beverages.
“As an Italian restaurant, our coffee and juices are part of our speciality. Now more customers order our other beverages instead of just drinking plain water,” she said.
Chinese restaurant Dragon One operating manager Pang Choi Ngan also said that plain water used to be free but the restaurant now charged 80 sen a glass to help pay for the water bill.
In Bangsar, “kopitiam” concept outlet Chawan manager Imran Adnan said many restaurants charge for plain water because of the high operations costs.
“Even the mamaks around here charge for plain water,” he said, adding that a glass of plain water at Chawan costs 50 sen.
Papparich manager Danny TC said the restaurant charged 60 sen for a glass of distilled water.
Petaling Jaya Restaurant and Coffeeshop Operators Association secretary Lee Thien Moon said restaurants and cafes now charged for everything, even plain water, because of the increase in rental prices and increased levy on foreign workers.
“Rental in many areas in Petaling Jaya and KL are now so expensive. Furthermore, the levy on foreign workers working in restaurants has been increased from RM600 to RM1,800. So restaurateurs have no choice but to charge their customers more,” he said.
In JOHOR BARU, the price of plain water was relatively cheap.
A check showed that restaurants in Jalan Maju charged between 30 sen and 50 sen per glass while mamak restaurants served free water to customers.

Tabung Haji Umum Bonus 6 Peratus Buat Pendeposit 2011
Lembaga Tabung Haji Malaysia pada Jumaat 3 Januari 2011, mengumumkan kadar bonus sebanyak enam peratus bagi tahun 2011 yang akan diterima pendeposit mulai hari Rabu depan. Pendapatan Tabung Haji pada 2011 juga meningkat kepada RM2.2 bilion berbanding RM2.06 bilion pada tahun sebelumnya.
Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom berkata, angka itu melibatkan pembayaran bonus sebanyak RM1.67 bilion, meningkat 25 peratus berbanding RM1.33 bilion pada tahun sebelumnya. Tabung Haji memperuntukkan zakat perniagaan sebanyak RM44 juta berbanding RM 41 juta pada tahun sebelumnya.SUMBER
Sumber-sumber pendapatan Tabung Haji bagi 2011 adalah daripada pelaburan ekuiti yang menyumbang sebanyak 58 peratus, sekuriti hutang (15 peratus), hartanah (9 peratus), pasaran wang (7 peratus), pembiayaan (6 peratus), instrumen kewangan (4 peratus) dan lain-lain sumber ialah satu peratus.
